PDS  highly recommends purchasing annual maintenance to maximize your SDK investment and guarantee access to current versions of LEADTOOLS.  Annual Maintenance includes the following:

 


Upgrades and Updates

 
  • Major version upgrades
  • Minor version upgrades
  • Patch files
Without a maintenance plan, the standard cost for upgrades is 30% off of the SRP of the product being upgraded.
 


Premium Technical Support


  • Premium technical support via phone with senior support reps (Up to 5 cases per year)
  • Priority status on support via email
  • Technical support via live chat
  • Access to non-published demos and examples
  • Early and free access to LEAD sponsored training webinars and other valuable customer events.
Without a maintenance plan, premium phone support is $100 per case.
 


Special Discounts for Additional Product Purchases and Upgraded Runtime Licenses


  • Maintenance customers are eligible to receive a discount on the purchase of additional development licenses and additional product purchases.
  • Maintenance customers are eligible to receive a discount on upgraded runtime licenses..

  • By contrast, the standard cost for upgrades is 30% off the SRP of the product being upgraded
