PDS highly recommends purchasing annual maintenance to maximize your SDK
investment and guarantee access to current versions of LEADTOOLS. Annual
Maintenance includes the following:

Without a maintenance plan, the standard cost
for upgrades is 30% off of the SRP of the product being

any current version customer
- Maintenance may be purchased when
purchasing the initial license or upgrade to current

the SRP of the SDK and any additional modules/plug-ins
licensed
- By contrast, the standard cost for
upgrades is 30% off the SRP of the product being
upgraded
- Multi-year plans are available
