InstallAnywhere 2008, Announced: June 1, 2010
On June 1, 2010, Flexera Software announced the end of life of InstallAnywhere 2008, including all English and Japanese language editions. Flexera Software no longer accepts new orders for InstallAnywhere 2008.
To stay current with the latest Flexera Software release, InstallAnywhere 2008 users who are not on a maintenance or subscription plan can purchase the latest version of InstallAnywhere by October 31, 2010 and still be eligible for upgrade pricing. If you purchase after October 31, 2010, you will only be eligible for new license pricing.
Technical support for InstallAnywhere 2008 will end on June 1, 2011.
Customers who currently have active maintenance plans for InstallAnywhere
2008 will receive technical support through the end of their respective
contracts.

InstallAnywhere 8: Announced: June 18, 2009
On June 18, 2009, flexera announced the end of life of InstallAnywhere 8, including all English and Japanese language editions. As of June 30, 2009, flexera no longer accepts new orders for InstallAnywhere 8.
To stay current with the latest flexera release, InstallAnywhere 8 users who are not on maintenance can purchase the latest version of InstallShield (for Windows support) or InstallAnywhere (for multiplatform support) at the upgrade price through October 31, 2009. Customers currently on InstallAnywhere 8 after October 31, 2009, will need to purchase a new license of the latest version of InstallShield or InstallAnywhere Editions in order to stay current.
Technical support for InstallAnywhere 8 will end on June 2010. Customers who currently have maintenance plans for InstallAnywhere 12 will receive technical support through the end of their respective contracts.

On August 27, 2008, flexera announced the end-of-life of InstallAnywhere 7.x.
As of August 27, 2008, flexera no longer accepts new orders for InstallAnywhere 7.x. To stay current with the latest flexera release, InstallAnywhere 7.x users can purchase the latest version of InstallAnywhere at the upgrade price through December 31, 2008. After December 31, 2008, customers currently on InstallAnywhere 7.x will need to purchase a new license of InstallAnywhere at the regular full license price in order to stay current.
Technical support for InstallAnywhere 7.x will end on August 27, 2009. Customers who currently have maintenance for InstallAnywhere 7.x will receive technical support through the end of their contract.

On September 28, 2007, flexera announced the end-of-life of InstallAnywhere 6.
As of September 28, 2007 flexera no longer accepts new orders for InstallAnywhere 6. InstallAnywhere 6 customers had until December 31, 2007 to upgrade to the latest version of InstallAnywhere.
Technical support for InstallAnywhere 6 will end on September 28, 2008. Customers who currently have maintenance for InstallAnywhere 6 will receive technical support through the end of their contract.
InstallAnywhere 6 users can purchase the latest version of InstallAnywhere at the regular price. The upgrade pricing for these customers expired on December 31, 2007.
