Service and support are a fundamental element in day-to-day operation at
Professional Development Systems.
We are doing all we can to remain a high level of quality for our products and
services.
PDS has a team of experts
who can answer your questions concerning the software we sell. We have hands-on
experience with
AdminStudio,
Installshield, Wise Package Studio , Wise Installation Studio,InstallAware,
Madcap Flare and Robohelp
products. Below you find a
short explanation of the Support Contract that can be helpful for you. You
can consult our experts through o this Support Contract, or on a
Consultancy basis.
PDS Support contracts are personal and limited to the product it was purchased. If
you own multiple licenses you can have any of your licensees contact PDSSupport
or assign one contactperson for these users. We have a discount table available
for such 1-contactperson support.
By
purchasing your PDSSupport directly with the purchase of your product you are
entitled for a one-time 100,00 Euro discount on your product license fee.
PDS Support
The
owner is entitled to:

discount on Consultancy-rates

support

project-support
- license assistance through vendor (transfer,
free updates (if any), agreement issues, etc)
up
to a maximum of 10 questions or up to 10 hours of work by a PDS
consultant.
General
questions about how to use the software and project-related questions.
Opportunity to have PDS consultants examine your project.
A PDS consultant can work on
your questions for up till 10 hours. After these 10 hours and mutual
agreement, additional hours will be charged against consultancy-rates.

Consultancy

At least 4 hours are charged upon each consultancy request

Consultancy rates per hour are:
160,00 Euro (for database,
Leadtools, C
& C++ projects) or
140,00 Euro (for Windows Installer or repackaging projects) or
110,00 Euro (for MadCap Flare / RoboHelp projects)

In case of on-site consultancy, travel-time and travel-expenses
are additional. These rates are 50,00 Euro per travel-hour and 0,50
Euro per km (both calculated from Naarden)

Customers with PDSSupport are entitled to have PDS
TechSupport work on their case for 10 hours. After these 10 hours, consultancy-rates become applicable.

Consultancy is always 1-on-1. For
1-on-more persons, our training rates apply. Contact PDS for your
specific 1-on- more than-1 consultancy request.

Customers with PDSSupport are entitled to a 10% discount
on the above mentioned consultancy rates.
