PDS has a

software we sell. We have hands-on experience with
AdminStudio,
Installshield, Wise Package Studio, Wise Installation
Studio, Madcap Flare and Robohelp
products. Below you find a short explanation of the Support Contract
that can be helpful for you. You can consult our experts through
this Support Contract, or on
a Consultancy basis.
Advantages: Support in
English or Nederlands on PDS' time zones by Dutch engineers working
for PDS.
PDS Support contracts are personal and limited to
the product it was purchased. If you own multiple licenses you can
have any of your licensees contact PDSSupport or assign one
contactperson for these users. We have a discount table available
for such 1-contactperson support.
PDS SupportThe owner is entitled to:
up to a maximum of 10 questions or up to 10 hours of work by a PDS consultant. General questions about how to use the software and project-related questions. Opportunity to have PDS consultants examine your project. A PDS consultant can work on your questions for up till 10 hours. After these 10 hours and mutual agreement, additional hours will be charged against consultancy-rates. Your investment (100,00 euro discount on your product license fee if the contract is purchased directly with the software):
