Terms & Conditions of the PDS Support Contracts

  1. A PDS Support Contract is valid for one year and takes effect as from the date of invoice by PDS.

  2. The PDS invoice number is your PDSSupport contractnumber

  3. Annual fee for the contract is 950,00 Euro per product, per person. 

  4. The contract will be automatically renewed for 1 year. You can cancel the renewal at least one month before the contract expires. 

  5. The right to benefit from support is limited to one product; this product must be mentioned on the contract.

  6. The right to benefit from support is limited to one person, in the occupation as mentioned upon purchasing the contract. In case this person will be absent for long time, or if this person’s occupation has changed, you can transfer the benefits of PDSSupport to his/her successor/replacement. The customer has to notify PDS of any changes when a request for support is done. A 25% transfer/admin fee will be charged automatically.

  7. A PDS Support Contracts entitles the owner to:

    • Phone- and email-support, a maximum of 10 questions or 10 hours spent by PDS consultants with a PDSSupport Contract.

    • Benefit from the expertise of consultants at PDS

    • Response within 48 hours

    • Ask questions about the software where the contract was closed for.

    • Discount on PDS Consultancy-rates per hour. (10% discount with a PDSSupport Contract).

  8. Exceptions; cases that will not be examined within the context of a PDS Support Contract:

    • Questions of other nature than determined in the contract (see item 3)

    • Programming-assignments and other cases that require not only problem-solving solution but also programming. (PDS’ judgment).

    • Questions about products, other than the product mentioned on the contract (see item 7)

    • Questions from a person, other than the person mentioned on the contract (see item 8)

    • In situations as mentioned above, PDS offers their expertise on a consultancy basis.

  9. PDS has the right to refer to a later version of the software, if the problems are solved in that version. 

  10. In other cases, not mentioned in above terms & conditions, the General Terms for service and support and the General Terms for service and support on software and the granting of rights to use software, as determined by Fenit (Federatie van Nederlandse ondernemingen in de Informatietechnologie), are applicable.
Above conditions are the PDSSupport conditions per december 2007. PDS reserves the right to change the conditions without notice. The current conditions apply when purchasing or renewing your PDSSupport contract.
